We're seeking a Development Manager to oversee commercial real estate projects from acquisition through delivery. You'll manage entitlements, budgets, contractor relationships, and investor reporting across mixed use and multifamily assets. Responsibilities:

• Lead site selection, due diligence, and entitlement processes for new development projects
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and contractor and consultant relationships
• Prepare investor and stakeholder reporting throughout the development lifecycle
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and municipalities to keep projects on track
